My new years resolution is to write more... so I thought i would try to get my inspiration from the normal things around me. Then I got a email from livejournal saying that they had fired a bunch of people -- guess I got back here just in time for a whooooole bunch of drama, LOL.

So here's a drabble!


Unemployment - 102 words
"Ginny!" Harry said when he opened the door. "What are you doing here?"

"You don't--"

"Don't be mad, of course I want you here. It's just a surprise, that's all. What about the Puddlemere match?"

"Harry, I--" Ginny did not want to cry. She wouldn't cry. She was not one of those girls that cried all the bloody time at the drop of a hat.

A single tear traced it's way down her face.

"What is it?" Harry asked.

"The Harpies cut me."

Then Harry did something right for the first time when he reached out and took her in his arms.

New Years Resolutions:

write more fanfic, post on lj more, try not to disappear in the middle of the year. oh, and i need some new icons LOL.



If I can just make 5 posts this year it'll be more than last year -- its true!!

LOL! I knew I liked this show for a reason. -.-

I'm so excited that hpgw_otp's awards are back again. I try to look for new storeis and I always feel like I'm reading a lot (probably too much LOL) but then there is always so much that I've missed! So here is a big huge list of stuff to read and pretty artwork too!

I still have so much to read before I can vote, though. so much to do! -.-

Anyways I think being behind all the time means that I need to have more fan fic on my friends page. Does anyone know any good writers that I should add to my list?

I feel like I never write drabbles and always want to do more of them, but I actually have my own tag over there and theres a lot of stuff in it! 10 drabbles in 2007!

Usually I love writing drabbles because I dont have to think of a whole long story to go with it, LOL. But this time I kinda wanted to write more and keep going with it. I don't know whats come over me. -.-

This is so beautiful and symbolic! It takes place at the destruction of the Hogwarts castle, with fire and rubble and destruction, but it's still very romantic... and a little bit racy, too! Can't believe I read that, LOL. It might be the beginning of a lot of new reading for little ol me.

It took a lot of thinking, but I finally said that mine is We Won! by maria_abangale. The colors are so beautiful, and there's so much emotion there. Her Ron/Hermione stuff is amazing, too.

I used to post links to stories I liked on here, and now that I dont do that anymore I can never find anything again, LOL. So I should start linking to stories that I like again.

Just read a really cute Harry/Ginny story thats based on a really cute episode of Friends. definitely read this if you watch that show 5 times a week like me. -.-

The theme this week was "heart" so I decided to do something a little sweet and fluffy. -.-

OMG its been so long since I've posted here. Poor little livejournal.

I absolutely adored Book 7, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, loved the story of the "Deathly Hallows" and the big battle at Hogwarts and seeing Harry camping out on the run from the DE's... and of course ESPECIALLY loved seeing my Ron and Hermione finally have their big kiss, and Harry get to have his happily ever after with Ginny.

The theme this time was "careless," so this is a little thing where Harry comes back from the war and thinks that Ginny doesn't care about him. Of course he's wrong, like the title implies. -.-
